About Us

Hi there!

I’m Alice Rizzi, the founder of Together Mindful.

I’m a psychologist and mindfulness coach and I’m on a mission to make mindfulness mainstream.

Mindfulness has been transforming my life for over 15 years and is so much more than just meditation!

I have personally witnessed hundreds of people who practice living mindfully experience more peace, joy, and freedom.

I created Together Mindful so that more people could benefit from the incredible superpowers of mindful living.

Together Mindful is a person-led company. It is not a corporation, agency, or conglomerate.

It is strongly guided by my passion for mindfulness and core values of service, impact, and kindness.

It is the place for individuals to take one mindful step at a time, together.

It is a community of kindreds who move towards peace, love, and connection.

It is our intended contribution to the greater good and wellbeing of more people as a result of the ripple effect that mindful, happy, and kind leaders create in the wold.

Who Is Together Mindful For?

I believe mindfulness is for anyone who wants to live an intentional, fulfilling life.

It is for anyone who wants to be more present, grounded, peaceful, and happy. Anyone who wants to experience genuine freedom, power, and choice.

Mindfulness is about so much more than just meditation, but it can certainly be for those who want to meditate, too.

This website and the programs within it are for ambitious, high-achieving women who have big dreams and big hearts. Women who strive to make a positive difference in their lifetime and lead by example whether in their businesses, careers, or personal lives.

It may be for you if you resonate with the above and want to create a life and business you love that helps others do the same.

Who Is This NOT For?

There are thousands of ways someone can learn to be mindful from different teachers, videos, phone apps, courses, artificial intelligence, etc.

This website is not for you if you don’t resonate with the information on it or my personal teaching style - and that’s okay!

It doesn’t mean that mindfulness isn’t for you. I believe it’s just a matter of finding the exercises, programs, and teachers that do resonate with you.
