First of all – Welcome! My name is Daniel and I have created this website to promote mindfulness for everyone.

Learning to be more present and self aware is a lifelong journey and we are all doing just that – learning together. On this site we will look at some of the concepts of mindfulness along with other ways we can be more present in our everyday lives. I hope Together Mindful will help provide support and encouragement for anyone looking to embark on their journey of mindfulness.

It’s only recently that mindfulness and meditation have become more “normal” and socially accepted and many people are realising the many benefits they can bring to their lives.

At its simplest, mindfulness helps us to become more aware of our minds and our emotions.

By practising it we can achieve a sense of mental calm and clarity along with being more resilient to the stresses of everyday life.
